Application by default uses data from Yahoo free server. However for some stock exchanges data from Yahoo is not good, so application must use Google server. Application tries to automatically map symbol between Yahoo and Google, but in some cases mapping is not correct. As consequence data is not received.
To resolve this problem:
1. Open context menu for symbol and choose info menu item .
2. Find correct Google code for symbol (for example NSE:TATAMOTORS) on Google finance.
3. Replace existing Google code in application with correct one (for example NSE:TATAMOTORS instead of NSE:TATAMOTOR).
4. Close info screen and accept changes.
5. Refresh data.

Open settings screen from chart's main menu. Choose desired bar compression (for example Intraday 5 minutes). Note that for some stock exchanges intraday is not supported, so you will not find intraday as option for bar compression.

Open settings screen from chart's main menu. Choose desired chart period (for example 5 years).

If you want to reuse settings of chart on all other charts then open chart's main menu and choose option save template. All other charts will use that template.
Note that if you change some settings on chart, that chart will be marked as chart with custom settings. So any template defined will not be applied on it (it is custom). To apply template anyway you need to reset settings for that chart:
Open settings screen from chart's main menu. Choose option 'Reset settings'.

Application uses free data provider which doesn't provide enough data to draw candlestick for forex symbols. So it can only draw line chart.

It happens when application cannot reach server for downloading data. The reasons can be different:
1. Target server is temporary down.
2. Your Internet connectivity is poor.
3. You have installed ad blocker which blocked connections to server that is required for data downloading.
To resolve the problem it is best to contact us.

Open application main menu:
1. Set your e-mail account.
2. Hit synchronize.
If there is a newer version of workspace on server (saved by another device or by same device but you have cleared local data), application will download workspace and use it. Otherwise it will upload workspace on server so you can use it by another device or just like a backup.

Open chart menu:
1. Select alerts option.
2. Add new alert.
3. Set alert name and message.
4. Set alert condition.
Alert operate as set of conditions that needs to be met in order to notify user. So you need to define two operands that will be compared by defined operator.
1. Set first operand: choose data source from dropdown list (for example symbol data).
2. Set field that will be used: for example close value.
3. Set second operand: you can choose between data source and static value. If you choose data source you need to set appropriate values (data and field). If you choose static value then you just need to supply that value.
On picture it is shown example of one alert: it will hit when GOOG close price falls down under 720.

If you are using Google as primary data provider you may experience errors with quotes (not showing net and percentage changes). Also daily historical data can have missing bar (bar before last bar). Unfortunately Google has shutdown services for getting quotes, so all you can do is to combine data providers: use Yahoo for quotes and Google for history.
If you want to mix providers:
1. Open context menu for symbol and choose info menu item .
2. Open Symbol data tab.
3. Find correct Yahoo code for symbol (you can search for symbol).
4. Set appropriate data providers.
5. For quotes choose Yahoo.
6. For history it is up you to decide (Yahoo also has huge problems with daily chart so it is maybe better to leave Google).
7. For fundamental data choose Yahoo.
8. Go back to main screen.
9. Refresh data.
